This past week we have been visiting my parents. We have had such a good time and Will is officially rotten... The week went by too quickly, but we will see them again soon! I have to say it has been nice to have all the help with Will, I have hardly had to lift a finger! :) My brother also came down for the weekend to see Will. He just cracks up at Will all the time. Will was even trying to say his name, it was really funny. Thanks for the great week Grandi, Grandad, and Uncle Kyle - we love and miss you all SO much!

While I was at home I went to see Ada and her new baby, Stella. She is so pretty and tiny! I didn't get to stay as long as I would have liked, but at least I got to stop by and see them both! I also spent the day with my cousin, Beth. We had a good time catching up!

Anyway, back home tomorrow. I am hoping the flight will go as well as it did on the way down...stay tuned.

This past weekend Michael's mom came to visit. We had so much fun. We went for a bike ride, went out to eat, shopped a little, and had fun just hanging out! Will got some quality time with his Mimi. I posted a picture of Will and Mimi in the "sunflower patch." She went for a walk earlier that day and told us she wanted to get a picture of her and Will next to the "biggest sunflowers she had ever seen." Bear in mind she saw them from afar...so we walked up to where she saw them, and well as you can see they were not real, but they were really big! I thought that was a funny story. We also went to the bead shop amd she "commisioned" me to do a couple of necklaces for her so I posted a picture of that as well! Thanks for coming to see us Mimi we love you!

Oh yeah, something else VERY important happened this weekend! Michael got his board scores back and passed!!!!!!! It was such a relief, it is a really big deal and it was very stressful for him waiting on those scores for two months. So now he is board certified! Yay! Michael, I am so proud of you and love you SO much!

We just got back from the beach and we had such a good time! Will absolutely LOVED the beach! He would go out in the water with Michael and I. He was so content just splashing in the blow up pool on the beach. He discovered sand and what it tastes like! He also had a blast will all of the other kids!

We do love our children SO MUCH, but we were all SO excited to have babysitter's two nights this past week so that we could have a couple of peaceful dinners! The first night we went to Marlin Grill in the Baytowne Wharf, it was delicious! Then the other night we went to The Three Thirty One, it is just like Red Bar in Grayton Beach. We would have gone there, but it was a bit far and we didn't want to be far away in case we had to go back for one of the kids! Taking all of the kids out to eat was very interesting to say the least so these two nights out were great!

Labor Day weekend Michael's brother Berry and his wife Ann came to see us. We had such a good time, ate lots of food, went on a bike ride, did some shopping, it was a great weekend! Ann and I came up with some cake ideas for Will's first birthday. Ann is an INCREDIBLE cake baker and decorator (you should click on her link on my blog!). She is in Nashville and does unbelievable cakes for such a reasonable price!!! Any of you needing a birthday cake should give her a call!! Thanks Uncle Berry and Aunt Ann for coming to see us! Will LOVED all the attention!

Will is really liking his sippy cup. Except today he would chug it and then stop and let it run out of his mouth while he had a big smile on his face!!! I took a picture, you can see the front of his outfit is all wet. Silly boy...

Michael and I randomly went to Sam's last night. Got 172 diapers, 720 wipes, 82 oz. of body wash, and "Big Bear." They had a huge bin of these plush, softest stuffed animals I have ever felt. Anyway, Michael put Will in the bin with all of them and he went crazy laughing and squealing. So OF COURSE we had to get him one....He really does love it, he laughs everytime he sees it!
