This Wham!
It was supposed to be a short outing (since it was SO COLD and a little snowy!) to the bead shop and grocery store. I made it to the bead shop, but while sitting at the light Will and I were rear ended. Some little high school girl (who was insured thank goodness) with two guys... She hit us pretty hard - my back and neck are sore. Will didn't cry or anything, he just continued to watch Elmo like it was any other car ride. I did give him some Motrin tonight just in case. Ugh, now I get to deal with insurance companies, etc, etc. I am thankful though that it wasn't worse! Things like this happen so quickly and without warning! BTW isn't that a hilarious picture of George Michael on his Wham! Careless Whispers album. I thought my brother would find humor in this!

only you would be able to find a hilarious way to incorporate a little 80's music humor with a car accident. that sucks--we almost got creamed today too--what a coincidence :) so sorry! glad will was ok. lilly cried and cried--"mommy, you dumped cinderella on the floor!" (her doll and everything else flew ALL over the car, and NO it was not my fault at all, in case you are wondering--or assuming!) ha
Oh, I'm so sorry but I'm glad you and Will weren't hurt. I'm always looking behind me and worried that someone is going to plow into me when I'm not ready for it. The same thing happened to me when I was a sophomore in college. It's just such a pain to have to deal with getting estimates and rental cars.
Things like that are nothing but annoying. Glad that you weren't the one who hit somebody! Funny Wham album picture. Cute idea.

First of all... love the Wham picture! hahaha! And so sorry about the accident... yuck. I've been there and yes, thank goodness she has insurance!!!!
Oh my goodness - so glad you and Will are ok. Hey, check into this...but I'm almost positive if you're in ANY kind of car accident, your carseat (Will's) has to be replaced. You might already know that, but just in case I thought I'd tell you. It's always the "short" trips out that end up like that...accidents, speeding tickets, etc...I hope it's not too much of a headache dealing with the insurance companies and all that mess. Good luck! Oh, too funny with the Wham album!!!

So glad you guys are ok. Mandy is correct. I was looking to see if anyone told you that or not about the car seat. The insurance claim will replace his car seat.
That's a pretty big dent in your car! Glad that you guys weren't hurt. I wouldn't know about the insurance thing because I'm always doing the hitting! ha,ha

I can't believe that Will didn't even cry! thank goodness!!!!!!! That would make me so upset if I thought one of my kids were scarred because of something like that. Elmo saved the day!!
